Donations

Your donations help us to plant more native trees. More than that, they allow us to support local communities, organise events, take school children, youth groups and volunteers into the woods and provide employment and training opportunities. Donations also allow us to develop exciting ecological restoration projects such as the Carrifran Wildwood and Corehead/The Devil’s Beef Tub.

All donations are gratefully received and really make a big difference to our projects. If you would like your donation to benefit a particular project, please call or email us to discuss and we can ensure that this happens.

As well as donating online, you can make a general donation to BFT by downloading this form and posting it to us or by calling our office on 01835 830 750. Donation forms specific to the Carrifran Wildwood and Corehead projects can be downloaded below.

Types of Donations

Borders Forest Trust General Donation

Your donation will be allocated to the project with the most need.

Carrifran Wildwood General Donation

Your donation will be used specifically for the Carrifran Wildwood project.

If you prefer to donate to the Carrifran Wildwood or set up a Stewardship by post, please download this form.

Carrifran Wildwood Stewardship (£250+)

You can make a long-term commitment to the future of Carrifran by establishing a Stewardship of Carrifran Wildwood, in your name or someone else’s, by donating £250, £500 (or a larger sum). You will receive a Stewardship certificate and will also be given introductory membership of Borders Forest Trust, ensuring that you receive updates on the progress of the restoration work.

Corehead General Donation

Your donation will be used specifically for the Corehead project.

If you prefer to donate to the Corehead project or set up a Guardianship by post, please download this form.

Corehead Guardianship (£250+)

Help us to bring Corehead into conservation management by becoming a Guardian of the Devil’s Beef Tub with a donation of £250 and above. Guardians will receive a certificate and a year’s free membership of Borders Forest Trust. If you wish to designate another person as the Guardian, please provide their contact details separately.
