Borders Forest Trust is a membership organisation with over 600 members who support the work of the Trust on an annual basis. This support comes not only from people living in the Scottish Borders but from throughout the rest of Scotland, the UK and abroad.
Our members are people who realise the importance of restoring native woodlands not only for the benefit of the natural heritage to our local areas but to counter the global problems of deforestation and decreasing biodiversity as well.
Membership fees are an important source of income which helps us to implement an exciting range of native woodland restoration projects across the Borders.
The more members we have the more trees we can plant!
